I'm a 5'3, 145 lbs women. I eat very well and I am also a fitness instructor. I have managed weight loss medical practices as well. I purchased the 10 day detox that is for someone over 200 lbs /heavy smokers, I was in the heavy smoker bracket. This product did NOT WORK! I am currently still testing positive. I followed the instructions of high fiber, low carb and no sugar. If you are looking for something to help I highly suggest looking for a cheaper product. WAYY to much money for a complete fail.
